Google rules Kevin Bacon!

Wow, google now rules the game “Six degrees of Kevin Bacon.” Type in any actor, “Kevin Spacey,” followed by “Kevin Bacon number” and it will tell you the degrees of separation.

Very cool, but kind of ruins the game.

The hunter is now the hunted: With $5 million from Google, the World Wildlife Fund is deploying unarmed drones to track down wildlife poachers.

This a very cool idea to use the “drone” for the purposes of preserving wildlife. I wonder, however, whether it isn’t a strategy to “humanize” the inhuman drones.
